My Exciting News: Urban Barn & A Custom Chair Competition!!

I have some exciting news to share with you!!! The Canadian home furnishing store Urban Barn is holding a Custom “Chairity” Competition   And I was totally thrilled, honoured and beyond excited when they invited me to design my very own custom chair with four other Interior Design Bloggers across Canada.  This event starts today until  March 11!

And here they are in all their glory!! The custom five chairs are currently on Urban Barn’s Facebook page AND you, the public are to vote on your favourite chair.   When you vote you are automatically entered into a draw to win one of your own custom chairs or one of five $100 gift cards. How fabulous is that?

Voila “The Glam” Chair! This is how I describe it:

“Christine’s Glam Chair was designed to make a bold statement in your home.  This glamorous chair with its high octave purple snakeskin texture, silvery grey arms and whimsical floral seat cushion is sure to be a conversation starter in any room of your house!”

I would really appreciate it if you would click here and cast your vote for my chair!!

Then on Thursday March 8th at p.m. I will be at the Oakville Urban Barn store to talk about my inspiration behind the custom chair I designed for the Custom Chairity Competition, as well as tips for ordering custom furniture. So you are all invited…..I really hope to see you next Thursday!!!

You will also receive 15% off all custom furniture during this event!  Space is limited so RSVP early!

At the end of the contest the winner will be announced, then each chair will be auctioned off with full proceeds going to the charity of each designer’s choice.  The charity of my choice is Jays Care Foundation.  Since 1992, Jays Care Foundation has been empowering children and youth in need, inspiring them to make positive choices and helping them realize their dreams by providing access to programs that support physical activity, education, and life-skill development.

So please vote, whether its for my chair or not……but hopefully it is!! Winking smileThank you!!!

Glamorously yours,

Christine xoxo
