Glamour Friday: Chic Living Room

Glamour Fridays are back!!! I don’t know about you, but I certainly missed researching and writing these posts about glamorous rooms. Because here on the Glam Blog – it is all about adding glamour into your home!!
This living room is a GLAM SLAM for so many reasons:

Gorgeous blue tufted sofa with gold accent via the cushions

The zebra rug — hello, everyone needs some zebra or animal print in their home!

Black painted fireplace — how dramatic is that? Love, love, love it!!

Grey painted walls that act as the perfect neutral background for all the exciting furniture and accessories

Gorgeous brass lamps with black lampshades

Stunning silk drapery framing the large windows

The fantastic tub chairs wrapped in that beautiful chinoiserie fabric

And last, the lovely glass coffee table.

Glamour Friday: Bathroom Bling!!

If you know me pretty well, than you know how much I love my bling!! Whether it’s a huge cocktail ring on my finger or a sparkly chandelier, everyone needs some bling in their life!!
Well how about a whole lotta bling in the bathroom – like this Swarovski crystal studded toilet!! Jemal Wright is the designer who describes this as “the epitome of bathroom couture”. And it’s only priced at a mere $75,000.00!! 
Seriously who buys this stuff?? But apparently there IS a market for over-the-top luxurious items like this blinged out toilet. I am totally into the glam factor in my home….but would I take it this far – hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm???
Don’t think you will find this one at your local Home Depot!!

A Glam Slam Or a Total Sham? Cher’s Bedroom

Monday’s regular feature “Decorate As You Dress” will return next week. Today I couldn’t resist sharing this bedroom with you and asking – Is it a total GLAM SLAM OR is it a total SHAM!??

Now you certainly wouldn’t expect anything less from Cher – whatever she does always makes an impact….and so does this bedroom
Her bedroom was designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, designer to many celebrities. For Cher, he added Moroccan flair to her bedroom through this majestic headboard from the early 18th century and carried this theme throughout the rest of the room’s furnishing and decorative accessories.
So, is it a diva-worthy bedroom? You tell me…Glam Slam or Total Sham??
